In just three days us South Africans will host the biggest sporting events the world has, and this will be the first time that the World Cup will be hosted in a society where Social Media and Internet is part of our daily lives.

Google is known for changing their logo’s for events like this, and they have a competition running where you the Google user have the choice of the Google Doodle for the World Cup, but apart from this Google are even adding some nice unique World Cup results to its search pages.

Upon searching for the phrase “World Cup” users will now be greeted with a result showing the next couple of matches being played as well as all the teams and the groups they play in.
