South African geeks have been waiting a long time for this, and then when Google was set to launch Street View for South Africa they decided to postpone it a bit. Finally Google Street View for South Africa is live and I must say it is amazing.

Google Street View for South Africa allows you to visit places in our beautiful country as if you were traveling by car, I have been playing around with it a bit this morning and I am hooked.

I first tried to visit the new Cape Town stadium but unfortunately there was no tour of the stadium, but I must admit coverage of Cape Town and its surrounding suburbs are really good.
