Buzzoid the first Google Buzz Android App

Posted on February 23, 2010 in Uncategorized by Gerhard | 2 Comments »

With the release of Google Buzz a few weeks ago, there was one question in the back of my mind that kept popping up and that was who was going to develop the first Google Buzz application and for what platform?

I am glad to report that my favourite mobile OS, Google Android, is the first to claim the title of having the first Google Buzz App.

Ironically one would have thought that Google would have been the first company to release an fully fledged Google Buzz application, but I guess they had their hand full with the privacy issues on Buzz.

Buzzoid is the creation of developer Arno Den Hond, the same guys that developed the Support Haiti application. The application is still in its early alpha stages but allows Buzz users to post and comment away on they Android phones, the only downside being you can only manually add buddies at the moment.

Buzzoid currently has two versions available, a free version and a paid for version, only difference being that the paid for version has no advertisements.
