Search for ar.drone control windows. Most are complete projects with source code and some compiled debug binaries that you can use right away. About any controller that windows picks up as a hmi controller / joystick with axis control functions appears to work. I connected my Parry to a wireless router, fixed ip on my PC and controlling him with a wireless keyboard or my wireless joystick.
